Do you have to make every call?
A strong aspect of this program relates to personal commitment and mindset shifts - supporting you to show up for yourself and truly lay strong foundations to encourage you to continue your fitness and strengthening training.
However - we know that life can get in the way and schedules can conflict. Please do not let that stop you or discourage you from making a choice to change your habits.
We simply ask that you make a commitment to attend the meetings that you are able to make work with your schedule.
Do I need to have previous experience or to be at a top level of fitness already?
Absolutely not. As mentioned - your fitness level is not going to be compared to those in the group - rather this is about encouraging everyone to participate and beat their own personal best. To show up and to change their habits to incorporate more healthy living and physical exercise into your every day - so that the excuses fall by the wayside and are replaced with positive new habits.
Is the fitness program adaptable?
Absolutely! All of the fitness guides shared for the 30 Day Kicker are able to be amended and scaled to support your own personal fitness goals and your own fitness limitations.
This course is about showing up for yourself, meeting you where you are at and competing only with yourself. Nobody else!
Do I need special equipment?
Not at all! Dave has created this container with ordinary people in mind, who may not have all the special bells and whistles of fitness training. We have a few basic things we offer for you to purchase - including push up bars to help with your floor work - however these are only small purchases and not at all difficult to swap out.
Is this a personal training program?
No - this is a mentorship program and deals with more than just the physical exercise routines of participants. We will share a basic structured fitness regime as a guide - however no personal training will be given or personal program writing will take place. Instead, options will be provided so that if you have any concerns about your limitations, you can easily adapt the routine to participate. Anybody with prior health concerns or injuries should always see their doctor and physical health specialist prior to commencing any new fitness or exercise.
